#waveofchange2025: A Global Movement for Positive Change
After an idea sparked in January 2025, Joline & I created a special fundraiser in honour of Welsh artist Ren. Inspired by his music, personality and struggles with Bartonella and Lyme disease we came together as a global community - a true hive mind - to create positive change in the world. As Renegades, friends, and fans we united our energy and collaboration to make a difference.
The #waveofchange2025 is about harnessing the power of people working together. Just as small ripples come together to form a powerful wave, every little bit of change - both in spirit and in monetary contributions - can create a significant impact.
This fundraiser aimed to support the ground breaking work of the Pasteur Institute, a world-renowned non-profit research organization dedicated to advancing medical science. The contributions helped fund vital medical research, advancing knowledge on e.g. autoimmune conditions and chronic illnesses, providing hope and innovative treatments for those who need it most. With more funding, scientists can make strides in understanding these complex diseases and developing new therapies that improve lives.
We honoured Ren on his birthday by spreading kindness and making a real difference. Together, we created a movement that echoed around the world and brought hope to those in need.
Starting the Wave
In March 2025, our first fundraiser brought together 319 donors who raised €12,000 for the Pasteur Institute, supporting critical medical research.
